Karen "Kay" Elaine Malone Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Karen Elaine “Kay” Malone, age 75 of Jackson passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born December 27, 1946 in Elyria, Ohio to the late Herman Manns and Mary Crace Smith. Kay work for the Jackson City Schools for 25 years, she enjoyed playing Bingo, an avid Elvis collector but most importantly she loved to spend time with her family, especially her grand-babies. She is survived by her husband: Bernard Allen Malone, sons: Allen (Tina) Malone and Brian (Tessie) Malone, brother: Gerald (Barbara) Manns, sister: Barbara Downing, grandchildren: Tiffany (Tyler) Neal, Anthony (Taelor) Malone, Krissa Haynes, Brittany (Cade) Hickman, Blake Malone, Rylee Helton and Kal-el Malone, great-grandchildren: McKinlee Cravens, Nolan Cravens, Patrick Neal, Hayden Malone, Rigley Malone, Rorie Malone, Harper Hickman, Huntlee Hickman and Barrett Kerns. She was also survived by several nieces, nephews and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family will be having a celebration of Kay's life Sunday, August 7, 2022 on the family farm in Jackson. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home.
