Donald E. Richards, age 74, of Wellston, passed away unexpectedly at his home Wednesday, March 31, 2022. He was born in Jackson County, Ohio October 18, 1947 to the late Cecil and Bessie Woods Coy Richards. Donald loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and taxidermy. He worked for Thompson Concrete and Waterloo Coal. He is survived by his Wife; Virginia Richards, Daughters; Mary (Ron) Wyckoff, Heather Smith and Christina Courts, Siblings; Bob Richards, Linda Hubbard, Pat Arthur, Sue Luster and Peggy Rose, Nephew; Daniel Richards and Brother-in-law Glenn (Bub) Webb as we as numerous Grandchildren and Great grandchildren. Donald was proceeded in death by his parents, Brothers; Cecil Richards Jr., Harold Richards, Ivan Richards, Sisters; Mary Hale, Marjorie Jackson, Jean Griner. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home. A Celebration of Donald’s Life will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
