Connie Manion Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Connie Manion, age 70, of Jackson passed away Saturday June 11, 2022 at Four Winds community. She was born August 15, 1951 to the late James E. Simpson and Arleda Mae Rouse. Connie was a 1969 graduate of Jackson High school that loved giving back. She would donate her time making quilts for veterans and making hats, scarfs and gloves for the homeless. She loved cat fishing and just was a good Christian woman. She is survived by her husband Timothy Dean Manion Sr., sons;Timothy Dean (Mindy) Manion Jr. and Bryan (Vickie) Manion, daughters; Christina Manion and Stella (Frankie) Belt, brothers; Kenneth (Snooks) Simpson, Donald L. (Barbra) Simpson, sister; Bonnie (Elba) Manion, grandchildren; Kayla, Lovell, Edward, Miranda, Angel, Charles, Ashleigh, Robert, Judd, Tanner also Arnold “Wayne”, David and Jennifer that were just like her children, as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents, brothers; James E. Simpson, Walter P. Simpson and Steven B. Simpson, sister; Delores Downard and Dorothy Fisher. A Celebration of Life will be held July 2, 2022 at the Glen Roy Community Church from 2-5PM. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home.
